These terms apply to business customers and organisations using OH Tender Alerts. The service is not offered to consumers.

Service scope

OH Tender Alerts monitors selected public procurement sources, applies automated and manual filtering, and provides opportunity summaries, relevance assessments and links to source notices.

No guarantee

We aim to provide useful and timely information, but do not guarantee that every relevant opportunity will be identified, that information will be error-free, or that any customer will win a contract. Customers remain responsible for checking the original procurement notice and deciding whether to bid.

Illustrative content

Examples shown on the website are illustrative and are not live procurement opportunities unless expressly stated otherwise.

Subscriptions and payment

Subscription pricing, billing frequency, trial terms and cancellation arrangements will be confirmed before purchase. Any applicable taxes will be shown where required.

Acceptable use

Customers must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or resell or redistribute alerts without written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those expressly agreed. Liability will be limited as set out in the applicable order or subscription agreement.
